An epic poem considered to be part of Thailand's national folklore. With 48,686 couplets, it is also the longest Thai single poem.
The main characters are Prince Aphai Mani who plays a magic flute, the mermaid, and Pisue Samutra, an ogress who transforms herself into a beautiful girl.
