Aristotle enrolls at Plato's Academy

At about 17 years of age, he entered Plato's Academy in Athens and remained there until age of 37 (c. 347 BC)
Proxenus, his legal guardian (married to Aristotle's older sister), sent him to Athens to pursue a higher education.
He was an exemplary student and remained there until Plato's death in 34 BC
