1970 AD graduated
First British royal to graduate from university, Charles studied anthropology, archaeology and history at Trinity College, Cambridge.
His curriculum was custom designed for a future monarch and included a term in Wales at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth and also involved visiting archaeological sites in France and Jersey.
He was was a member of Trinity’s drama group, the Dryden Society, and regularly wrote and performed for the group.
Charles also played the cello, rehearsing in his dorm.
