Kepler meets Brahe

Kepler wanted a partner; Brahe an employee. Known as Astronomy's "Odd Couple," these two were opposites in many ways.
Brahe was the great observer with reams of data which Kepler needed to prove his theories. Brahe was brash and wealthy whereas Kepler, 25 years younger, was poor and mousy: So, Kepler had to settle for working under Brahe.
